- Horizon Health Network physicians: $200

- Non-Horizon providers: $300

Payment instructions will be sent by email once your spot is confirmed. Please note that your registration is only complete after payment is received.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the course date. No refunds will be issued after this period.
